Why Aetrex Orthotics?

Our feet were originally designed to walk barefoot on soft, uneven surfaces such as dirt, sand and grass. Today, we walk mostly on hard surfaces and our feet aren’t able to distribute pressure evenly. Aetrex Orthotics help transfer pressure away from high pressure areas and create an equal distribution of pressure as we walk or run.

Can Aetrex Orthotics help eliminate foot pain?

Yes. Aetrex Orthotics are designed to support your longitudinal arch and provide the alignment needed to reduce over-pronation. They also help relieve foot injuries caused by repetitive stress by absorbing shock, providing cushioning, and transferring pressure away from high-impact areas.

Strategically placed arch support

Supporting the arch in the proper place is crucial. Looking at your bare feet, the apex of the arch appears to be in the middle of the foot. An X-ray can confirm the apex is actually further back. The contour, position, and height of Aetrex’s unique arch support align anatomically in the proper place to help support our bodies from the ground up.

High-tech Materials to Benefit your Health

Goodbye plastics and other hard, uncomfortable materials. The Aetrex Orthotics Collection utilizes premium, shock-absorbing materials designed to cushion and support the body while protecting the foot. The collection integrates high-tech, lightweight, modern materials such as memory foams, polyurethanes, and slow recovery foams.

Alignment and Biomechanical Efficiency

A key goal of Aetrex Orthotics is to provide alignment and to keep the foot closer to the neutral position throughout the gait cycle. Proper alignment helps minimize over-pronation and reduces stress on the plantar fascia, knees, hips, and back.
